Shipping & Returns


Free Ground Shipping:

  • NewHatCity is pleased to offer Free Ground Shipping in the lower 48 states (Continental USA) for any regular priced order over $75.

  • Free Ground Shipping is not available on any discounted items.

  • If a PO Box is entered as a ship to address your order will ship via the US Postal Service.
  • NewHatCity will determine the shipping service, your order will ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Ground Shipping:

  • New Hat City is pleased to offer fast & affordable Ground Shipping from UPS.

  • Ground Shipping charges are generated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

  • If a PO Box is entered as a ship to address your order will ship via US Postal Service.

  • Ground Shipping is only available for the United States (lower 48) and Canada.

Air Shipping:

  • NewHatCity is pleased to offer 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air shipping for products that are in-stock.

  • Air rates are generated based on product weight, dimensions, delivery address, and desired shipping method.

  • Saturday delivery will be available for an additional fee.

  • Saturday delivery orders are currently not available online, please call or email to set-up.

  • The Air Shipping options are only available for delivery on business days (Monday – Friday)

Mismatch Billing & Shipping Addresses

  • If your Billing & Shipping addresses do not match, your order will be submitted to Pre-Charge (Credit Card Verification Service) to protect our customers from fraud.
  • Once your charge is approved, we will ship your order. Please respond to their email or phone call if necessary.

Important Shipping Information

  • Heavy and oversized orders may require additional shipping charges.

  • Delivery signatures are required on orders over $250.00 and orders with different bill to and ship to addresses

  • The Click Worldwide is not responsible for deliveries that may be affected by Holidays, Weekends or Severe Weather.

  • APO/FPO or any other Armed Services orders are shipped via USPS only.

  • Invalid or incorrect addresses are subject to an additional fee of $10 that will be charged to the card on file upon notification from the shipping company.

  • Refused shipments will be charged a 15% restocking fee and all applicable shipping charges.

  • Orders placed on Friday or the weekend will ship on Monday

  • If the item you order is out of stock for any reason a sales representative will contact you.

Estimated Delivery Dates:

  • When calculating Delivery dates, UPS, FedEx & USPS exclude the day the order is shipped, weekends and holidays.
  • All delivery dates are estimates.
  • NewHatCity cannot guarantee your package will arrive on the estimated delivery date.
  • Be sure you enter all of your information correctly to avoid delays in shipping your order.
  • Once an order leaves our warehouse there are factors beyond our control that can affect the estimated delivery date.
  • Severe Weather, Holidays, Weekends and any other carrier delays are possible.
  • If time is critical, we recommend choosing a shipping method that allows for an extra 2 days to account for any unforeseen delivery problems.

RETURNS:
New Hat City will accept Returns for up to 15 days after your package is delivered. All returns must be pre-approved and issued an RA# to be eligible for a refund. If we have sent an incorrect item, please call or email us at salesnhc@newhatcity.com to correct the situation. Please allow 1-2 weeks for Returns to be processed.

All sales are final on merchandise discounted 30% OFF or more.


Follow these easy steps for any Returns:

  • e-mail salesnhc@newhatcity.com to be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
  • Write the RA# on the outside of the box.
  • Please use a shipping box not the product box.
  • Make sure the item is returned in original condition & unused.
  • Make sure the item is returned with original packaging and hang tags.
  • The shipping must be prepaid.

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for Returns to be processed.
  • We will refund your credit card upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.
  • New Hat City is not responsible for customer returns that are never received. Ship your return with insurance & a tracking number.
  • Your RA# will expire 20 days from when it is issued. If your package is not received before the RA# expires, we will subtract a 15% restocking fee or refund the current sale price of the item.

Exchanges:

  1. Place your order online for the correct items.
  2. Follow the steps above for a Return.
  3. Once your return is received by our warehouse, we will refund your credit card.

Return Tips

  • Clothing must be unused & unwashed with the original hang tags to be eligible for a refund. (no smoke smell, no pet hair, no stains, etc.)
  • Footwear must be unused & returned with all original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Please try on your new shoes or boots on carpet first. (worn shoes & boots will not be refunded)
  • Orders that are shipped with the Free Ground Shipping discount and are returned for a refund will be charged the original shipping charges.
